We provide independent, non-intrusive visual inspections of accessible areas within the property.

This is not a structural survey, valuation, or compliance certificate.

All findings are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection and reflect professional opinion.

We are not responsible for:

• Hidden or concealed defects
• Structural elements
• Services not visible or accessible
• Future deterioration

Reports are provided in PDF format within 24–48 hours and are for the named client only.

Full payment is required prior to the inspection. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

• More than 48 hours: reschedule allowed
• Less than 48 hours: non-refundable
• No access: full fee applies

Liability is limited to the value of the inspection fee.

We hold appropriate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.

All client data is handled in accordance with UK data protection regulations.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
